The proportion of impurities (coarse particles, fine particles, suction discharge) and the proportion of quality grain can be determined directly on receipt using a sample. This makes it possible to accept quality grain and reject batches which do not meet the contractual conditions in a targeted manner.
Function
Place the sample and start the cleaning process. If necessary, the sample is first deawned for a preselectable time. Then the deawner opens automatically and the sample falls through the suction chamber. Light dirt, such as dust, is extracted by the suction and deposited in the dust bag by the cyclone.
The sample flows through the straw sieve, which removes the larger impurities, and then through the sand sieve. Sand and small impurities, such as weed seeds, fall through the sand sieve. The impurities, sand and weed seeds go into the left pan, and the quality grain into the right pan.
A feed hopper is available as an accessory. This means that the sample cleaner can be used for large sample quantities, such as for cleaning seeds in test plots.

Packages are usually delivered within two days of payment verification and are shipped by carrier with package tracking and delivery without signature verification upon arrival.
If you prefer extra shipping with signature verification, a special charge will apply. Therefore, please contact us before choosing this method. Regardless of the method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track the package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Handling charges are fixed, while shipping charges vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two or more different orders into a single shipment. Shipping charges will apply to each shipment.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.
Boxes are of sufficient size and your items are shipped well protected.
RETURN CONDITIONS
If the online customer wishes to return the equipment or request a refund, he or she may do so within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is intact, exactly as when it was sent and accompanied by the invoice.
