Refund policy

If the online customer wishes to return the equipment or request a refund, they may do so within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is intact, strictly the same as when it was dispatched and accompanied by an invoice. 

Send us an e-mail to geral@ventisec.pt with the following information:

• Dados do cliente: Nome, Email, Telefone, Morada, NIF
• Detalhes do Equipamento: Nº encomenda, Descrição da anomalia
