SHIPPING CONDITIONS

We have a shipping commitment of between 3 and 15 days for all orders confirmed before 3pm Portuguese time.

This commitment is met in most cases, although it may depend on the type of service chosen by the buyer and the nature of the materials and the conditions and measurements of the packaging.

Although we do our best to ensure prompt receipt of your order, we know that this is not always possible. If you are not satisfied with the receipt, we promise to refund the amount paid for shipping provided you inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order via the online Customer Service available in the store.

Packages are usually delivered within two days of payment verification and are sent by carrier with package tracking and delivery without signature verification on arrival.

If you prefer extra shipping with signature verification, a special charge will apply. Therefore, please contact us before choosing this method. Regardless of the method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track the package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Handling costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two or more different orders into a single shipment. Shipping fees will apply to each shipment.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.

Boxes are of sufficient size and your items are shipped well protected.

RETURN CONDITIONS 

If the online customer wishes to return the equipment or request a refund, they may do so within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is intact, strictly the same as when it was dispatched and accompanied by an invoice.
