Each variety of rice has its own yield depending on the characteristics of planting, type of rice, soil, climate of the region, among others. Packages are usually delivered within two days of payment verification and are shipped by carrier with package tracking and delivery without signature verification upon arrival.
If you prefer extra shipping with signature verification, a special charge will apply. Therefore, please contact us before choosing this method. Regardless of the method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track the package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Handling charges are fixed, while shipping charges vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two or more different orders into a single shipment. Shipping charges will apply to each shipment.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.
Boxes are of sufficient size and your items are shipped well protected.
RETURN CONDITIONS
If the online customer wishes to return the equipment or request a refund, he or she may do so within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is intact, exactly as when it was sent and accompanied by the invoice.
